What customers say?

“ Hadn’t been to Copper Rose Cafe in a while but this morning I ordered a bacon n egg roll with extra crispy bacon as I’m quite fussy and I have to say it was the best I’ve ever had. Egg perfectly cooked and the bacon was so delicious and crisp just like I always want it. Excellent! ”

“ Great lunch place, the food is well prepared and tasty. Proper home made food, and good taste of all dishes. The staff is friendly and helpful, and keeps a good atmosphere. The place is small however it is well worth the visit. ”

“ EDIT: RESPONSE TO OWNER, Hi Steve, I have ordered recently again as per seeing your reply, food is great as usual and good to see no messages left on my order. I appreciate your response. No need for the compensation your reply is enough and I am glad to hear this was not an owners mindset. I wish your family business all the best and thank you for offering compensation and trying to rectify the issue. All is good, hopefully I get to come in person and try out some more food. Until then wish you guys the very best. Regards, Tijana I'm usually not the type of person to review a place with 1 star because if I have nothing nice to say I just wont say it. I might give feedback privately, but I definitely wouldn't do it like this. This particular time I will as this made me furious. I ordered on doordash. Not even a week before this, I ordered only one coffee from this place as I work in an area with not many coffee shops around. It was a 10/10 Cappucino. Thought to reorder again about a week later and maybe add some food as well. When I orginally ordered this, I had an emergency that morning and my mind was not in a good place so I accidentally ordered my order to my home address. I called doordash and just nicely asked for them to deliver to my work address instead as my work is actually closer to this shop than home is. Doordash customer service said no worries and the driver was on the way. Called the driver and he confirmed it was all good as well. A couple of minutes later I got a call from doordash support saying my order was cancelled and they had to issue a refund and apologised for the cancellation. I said no worries and just reordered again to then receive the order with this message! (Please see photo attached) As I said I had an emergency that morning and these guys had no idea what was going on. Whoever is the person that wrote this, man you guys must be selfish. First of all I didn't cancel the order myself and second of all think before you say things because you never know what is going on in someones life. You guys could have just left it as it was and I wouldv'e been back a hundred times again, there was no need for this message? Someone could have gone through something horrible and had to cancel their order but in this case I wasn't even the one to cancel, doordash did. You guys decided to be selfish and worry about your money or cancellations (whatever it may be). Well there's your $20, straight in the bin. A business I would've ordered from weekly, no more from me. As a customer, if you don't care about their values and customer respect then, enjoy. Otherwise it's a no from me. ”

“ We got the Big Brekky, and we were pretty satisfied with it. Their portions are great, shared this between two hungry people and left feeling pretty satisfied! Taste wise, the food is very homemade and non-fancy, feels like food that your mom would whip up on a Sunday morning :) Apart from that, the prices here are cheap compared to everywhere else! Copper Rose is where you go to if you're after no-fuss great food. ”

“ Oasis in the middle of an industrial desert. Steven is here to take care and give us our nice coffees and food. Love the fish tank. It’s amazing. Indoor and outdoor area as well as a refreshing window bar. ”

“ What? This is incredible! Super affordable prices and amazing quality! $8 for an extra jumbo fruit smoothie, and it's incredible. Friendly service! I love it! I'll definitely be back. ”

“ BRING YOUR APPETITE! I had a meeting nearby and they were delayed, so I stopped in here for a late breakfast. I ordered the Irish Brekky (hold the black pudding) and it was a sight to behold. The plate was stacked with food, the toast and baked beans were on a separate plate. I was in cholesterol heaven! The prices are good and I recommend this place. ”
